  18. Make ready 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
  19. Take 1 tbsp Vinegar
  20. Get 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  21. Prepare 1 tsp chilli Sauce
  22. Get 1/4 tsp Crushed pepper
  23. Prepare 1/4 tsp salt
  24. Prepare For Corn Flour Slurry:

  1. First of all boil 4 cups of water. Once it's completely boiled switch off the flame and add soya Chunks. Let soya Chunks dipped in boiled hot water for 10 mins.
  2. Now after 10 mins squeeze the extra water from soya Chunks and keep them aside.
  3. Marinate Soya Chunks with curd, Ginger Garlic Paste, salt, pepper, red chili powder and corn flour. Rest it for 4-5 mins
  4. Now heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry all the marinated soya Chunks till they are crunchy and cooked.
  5. In a separate kadai heat oil, add chopped garlic and green chili. Saute it for a minute
  6. Now add onions and spring onions. Gas flame should be in high.
  7. Add cubed capsicum and saute well till raw aroma of capsicum disappears.
  8. Now add - Tomato Sauce, soy sauce, chill sauce and vinegar.
  9. Now add salt and crushed pepper. Saute well.
  10. Add cor flour Slurry and saute till gravy is thickened and turns glossy.
  11. Now add fried Soya Chunks and mix well
  12. Transfer Soya Chilli in a serving plate and serve hot with fried rice or as a starter.
