Instructions to make Cakepops.:
  1. Mix all ingredients together and bake for 25 mins, in a cake tin. Leave to cool.
  2. Break the cake into breadcrumb texture, melt chocolate and add to cake crumb, add until sticky, roll into balls and place onto non-stick paper in the fridge for 2 hours, the balls will set quiet hard.
  3. Take balls out a few at a time, melt.chocolate and dip in stick before you peirce your cakepops. Dip in chocolate and decorate. Place in oasis foam block until dry then put back in the fridge for half an hour before you wrap cakepops up

They are the best cake pops I've ever had. No need to keep refreezing and double dipping! The texture is fluffy AND moist and it was nowhere near as messy and time consuming as my first attempt at making cake pops.
