  2. Grind to paste of chilly,ginger,garlic,pudina powder, corriander leaves.
  3. In mixing bowl add paste of soya granules, potatoes,rice flour,ragi flour,onion chopped, chilly paste.
  4. Now add masala salt,lemon juice and bread crumbsmix it well.
  5. Now make shapes of kababs.
  6. Shallow fry till golden and crisp and serve with chetney and sauce.

Wash channa dal and cook with all the remaining ingredients in a pressure cooker. Take the soaked soya granules and squeeze out any water that is left.
