  10. Make ready 1 tbsp Ground cinnamon (yes I know this sounds strange, but it's delicious!) start with less if you're unsure
  11. Get 2 tbsp Ground cumin
  12. Take 2 tbsp Ancho chili powder
  13. Make ready 2 tsp Smoked garlic powder

  1. Brown meats and onion in a large skillet, drain fat.
  2. Add in all remaining ingredients.
  3. Simmer for 30-60 minutes. Or you may cook all in a crockpot on low for 6-8 hours.

I always go for a sprinkle of cheese on top, too, and you could add a little sour cream and/or avocado if that's your thing.
