- Soak soyabean seeds for 2 hours and soya nuggets for 10 minutes.Squeez soya nuggets and drain soyabean seeds,put in a grinding jar along with greenchilli.
- Grind to a paste,dont add water.
- Add to maida and knead to a semi soft dough.Divide the dough into 3 parts,roll into a roti like structure,and cut into 1"strips.
- Roll the strip around wooden sticks
- Boil 4 cups water and blanch the soya chaap sticks for 4 minutes.Take out and put in iced water for 2 minutes.
- Take all the ingredients of marination into a bowl,mix well.Dip soya chaap into the marinade one by one.
- Take out,coat with maida,then with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil and deep fry soya chaap till golden brown.
- Serve hot.
