  1. Soak soyabean seeds for 2 hours and soya nuggets for 10 minutes.Squeez soya nuggets and drain soyabean seeds,put in a grinding jar along with greenchilli.
  2. Grind to a paste,dont add water.
  3. Add to maida and knead to a semi soft dough.Divide the dough into 3 parts,roll into a roti like structure,and cut into 1"strips.
  4. Roll the strip around wooden sticks
  5. Boil 4 cups water and blanch the soya chaap sticks for 4 minutes.Take out and put in iced water for 2 minutes.
  6. Take all the ingredients of marination into a bowl,mix well.Dip soya chaap into the marinade one by one.
  7. Take out,coat with maida,then with breadcrumbs.
  8. Heat oil and deep fry soya chaap till golden brown.
  9. Serve hot.
