- Make big lemon size balls from dough.
- Give bowl shape each balls using your hand.
- Fill stuffing mixture.
- Close all edges.
- Flatten them with using your hand.
- Roll out carefully thick parathas.
- Cook all parathas on hot tava.
- Cook from both sides and apply butter.
