- Take 2 tbsp cornflour
- Get 2 tbsp soya sauce

I personally prefer dry gobi manchurian than the gravy version but if you want to make it gravy version then refer the vegetable manchurian post and follow gravy recipe, just. I usually make Gobi Manchurian following my baby corn manchurian recipe. This time,for a change i tried crispy gobi manchurian recipe from Bharatz kitchen after getting tempted by the title. He had mentioned as "Crispiest Gobi Manchurian" with a clear video recipe.
Instructions to make Dal vada in manchurian gravy:
- Soak chana dal for 6 hrs. Wash and grind it coarsely. Chop the onions, garlic, ginger and green chilli finely.
- Chop the coriander leaves. Now mix all the chopped ingredients to the dal. Mix well. Add red chilli powder, turmeric, salt.
- Make small balls. Heat oil. And deep fry the balls till golden brown.
- To make manchurian, chop green chilli, spring onion white portion, ginger and garlic finely.
- Now heat oil, add ginger garlic green chilli and saute for 2 mins on high flame. Now add the spring onion white portion. Now take 1/2 cup water and cornflour to it. Mix well and add it in the kadai. Now bring it to a boil.
- Add the balls once the water starts boiling. Garnish with spring onion green portion.
Usually in manchurian,gobi turns soggy & soft immediately after mixing with gravy/sauce. But as he mentioned,this one stayed.
