Also add a dash of salt, black pepper, soya sauce and vinegar. Roll the dough properly and include the fillings inside.

Instructions to make Soya momos:
  1. First take a container add wheat flour,1½ -salt,1½ tsp oil mix it well by adding water as required make it a soft dough. The next step boil water by adding soya chunks boil it for 10min. Mix it well fine paste.
  2. Take a pan add oil heat it add Cumin seeds, green chillies, chopped ginger-garlic, onion, capsicum, cabbage, carrot fry it well but half cook add soya sauce, salt, black pepper powder mix it well and cool it down.
  3. Take a dough make a roll fill a stuffing cover it on top and steam it as required time I keep it for 5 mins. Serve it with momos chutney.
