- Take abowl add to soya bean chunks add the hot water now soak them for about 20mints after 20mints add the soya badi and green chillies,ginger garlic in mixer jar and grind.
- Add the soya mix in big bowl then add onion,salt,corn flour and corinander and give a very good mix well and arrange kababs on wooden sticks and fry this in hot oil until crispy golden brown and garnish or serve it with tomato sauce.
Add unsoaked flakes, chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, green chillies and garam masala to the above. Add oatmeal, oil, salt and remaining spices. I also made soya Kabab but that was shami kabab. These seekh Kabab looks healthy and superbly delicious. Protein rich Kabab are great for kids and adults both.
