  3. Divide the dough into 6-7 equal size balls. Roll out each portion into a small chapati and keep aside.
  4. Roll the remaining balls and keep them ready to be shallow fried.
  5. Heat a tawa & fry all the parathas, one at a time, till light brown on both sides by drizzling some oil around the edges.
  6. Pack these yummy and healthy parathas in your kid's lunch box with some chutney, hummus or any dip.

Add oil and salt in flour. Mix well and with help of water knead soft dough. We have also added in some steamed peas to add colour and nutrition to the dish.
