Remove & press slice in between palms to drain water. Press lightly so slice Press lightly so slice doesn't break.
  2. Put filling in the centre of the slice & give conical shape in between palms like namaskar mudra. U can give any shape u like. Deep fry in hot ghee or coconut oil on medium & high flame adjusting temperature so that bread is crisp on outer covering. Serve with tomato sauce or green chutney.
  3. Tip : If u take fresh bread then don't soak just dip in water & remove instantly.
  4. Tip : You can also bake or air fry with applying 2 tsp ghee or shallow fry in just minimum required quantity of ghee or coconut oil
