  3. Make soft dough and roll round like chapati then cut into cross strips and roll around the icecream stick or any wooden stick which is broad.
  4. Keep all soya sticks ready and then boil all together till it is cooked fully now make a batter for marination by taking curd and mixing all spices taste salt if required and last add lemon juice and butter
  5. Now soya chaps are ready remove the stick and cut into pieces and marinate in the batter we prepared and keep for atleast 1 hour.Next take skewers and insert one by one all the soya chap pieces then u keep in oven or otg for grilling you can use tawa or pan or direct you can grill holding on flame like tandoor
  6. When u see black dots on soya chap remove and grease butter again all over and keep again in oven until it you find it is made fully like tandoor.
  7. And last step when it is cook before serving add lemon juice and chat masala sprinkle some, garnish with coriander leaves chopped and serve hot and delicious soya chap you can use as a starter before taking lunch or dinner.

But I have tried something different which is known as Soya Tikka Masala. Soya chunks/ Soya protein is very good for health but most people doesn't love the taste. The readymade soya chaap is not always gluten-free. It has white flour (maida) as one of the ingredients. Ideally, soya chaap is prepared with soybean chunks and flour but many manufacturers use all-purpose flour to bind the dough.
