  4. Refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours

In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. In a small bowl, combine the crumbs, butter and oil. The swirl is a mixture of blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, water, and cornstarch cooked down in a saucepan. Wrap springform pan in double layer of heavy-duty aluminum foil to prevent water from leaking in during the baking in a water bath.
