- Take 2 to 3 Bread slices with trimmed edges
- Take 4 Bananas pureed
- Prepare 2-3 tbsp Sugar
- Prepare 500 ml Evaporated milk
- Get 1 cup Fresh cream
- Take 3-4 tbsp Nuts of your choice chopped
This kulfi recipe is made from bread and milk. Mix milk, khoya and condensed milk, till smooth. Heat, stirring continuously, till it starts boiling. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring all the time.

- Blend all the ingredients well and pour this in the kulfi moulds and freeze until set.
- Chop the nuts so that you bite into them everytime you eat it.
- Evaporated milk is used here by me basically for the colour.
- If you prefer, you can use full fat milk, not skimmed one. You can omit the use of cream here if you desire, instead increase the quantity of bananas to 6.
Add cardamom, saffron and chopped nuts. Mash the bananas and add to it. Mix well and cool to room temperature.
