  6. Take blended soya beans, soya chunks, wheat flour, refined flour and salt to taste in a deep bowl and knead the soft dough.
  7. Roll into a chapati using the rolling pin. Cut into small strips. Cover the soya on the sugar cane stick.
  8. Boil the sticks in the hot water for 10-12 mins.
  9. Remove out the sticks from the hot water and put into the cold water for 2-3 mins.
  10. Cut out into small portions.
  11. Make a marinated mixture of hung curd, whipped cream, salt, red chilli, cumin powder. Marinate the chaap into the mixture for atleast 2 hrs.
  12. Talk out the chaap from the mixture and fry it on tava and use the left mixture to coat after frying.
  13. Garnish with the chopped onions.
