  2. Then squeeze it from water.
  3. Keep it aside.
  4. Fry onion sliced till golden brown, cool it.
  5. Then in a grinder paste the fried onions.your brown onion paste is ready.
  6. In a kadhai add 2 teaspoon ghee.
  7. Add ginger garlic paste.
  8. Cook it for 1 minute then add soaked Soya mince.
  9. Cook it for another 2 minutes.Now add roasted gram flour.mix it well.
  10. Add brown onion paste and Soya mince in a mixe and make a smooth paste.
  11. In a bowl add cooked Soya with brown onions paste.
  12. Add red chilli powder,salt, garam masala powder, green cardamom powder and mace powder.
  13. Add 2 drops kewra water.
  14. Mix it well.
  15. Divide the mixture into equal portions.
  16. And give them shape like kebab.
  17. Heat a non stick tawa on medium heat.
  18. Add ghee on it.
  19. And shallow fry the kebabs till golden brown.
  20. Serve hot with onion rings lemon and hung curd.

I've tried the vegetarian version of galouti kebab. It was wow, I am embarrassed to say that it felt like I am eating the mutton shammi kebab masala. The kebabs held well while frying too and would make a great starter for my vegetarian friends. Surprisingly the kids who don't like soya, loved it too.
