  6. Add rest ghee & cook few minutes for thick texture.
  7. Add cardomom powder & chopped dryfruits mix well it looks like a soft dough.
  8. Grease tray apply some ghee in it turn the warm mixture & press gently.
  9. Through knife mark it which shape of burfi you prefer then freeze it for 1 to 2 hrs.
