Steps to make Vegetarian Sausage Pie:
- Bring flour and 0.5 cups water to boil in pan and simmer thereafter
- add butter, mix in as it melts

- Flatten it a little with your fist and push the pastry up to the edges of the dish with your fingers
- Cut another piece of pastry 4mm thick that is the circumference of your pie dish and place it to one side
- Peel and chop carrots, potatos, onion and mushrooms into relativley small pieces
- Drain the peas from the tin water and place the peeled potatos and peas with some rosmary in a pan and simmer untill cooked
- Whilst the peas and potatos are simmering put a bit of oil in a skillet and start frying the carrots
- Chop the vegatarian sausages into small peices
- Add mushrooms onions, vegatarian sausages, 2tspn rosemary, 1tspn mixed herbs, garlic powder and pepper to the mix and fry on a medium heat untill cooked
- Preheat oven to 175c
- Put pie dish in oven for 10 minutes
- Whilst the pie dish is in the oven add 2 cups boiling water to the bisto powder in a jug, mix untill smooth and add salt and 2tspn rosmary and 1tspn mixed herbs mix it again a few times
- Put the bisto mix in the microwave on high power for 25 seconds
- Take peas and potatos of the heat and drain the water and rinse through a colander
- Take veg and sausage mix of heat and mix with peas and potatos and bisto in a bowl. Stir it quite a few times
- Remove the pie dish from the oven. Place the filling in to pie dish and place pastry cover on top
- Press the edges of the pastry top down round the edges with your fingers
- Cut a cross shape in the middle of the pie
- Oven bake at 175c for 40 minutes
- Remove from oven and enjoy!:-D
