  12. Put fish fillets into oven, bake for 7-8 minutes on each side.
  13. Add brown sugar to squash (or to taste)

Top each one with a slice or two of lemon. Arrange the frozen mixed vegetables around the fish, and season lightly with salt and pepper. Season tilapia with salt and pepper and place on a small baking sheet. Mix together butter, garlic, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, and zest then pour over tilapia. Remove from oven and push the vegetables to one side of the cooking dish.
