- Cumin seed ko 30 min bhigo ke rakhe wash kar ke.then gudh ko 1/2 cup water me dip kar ke rakhe…
- Then kadai me ghee gram karein then cumin ka extra water nikal ke bhun le ache se… Then gudh ko melt kar ke pani me daal te rahein bich bich me aur ache se fry karein….
- Then add dates without seed cut ke ache se fry karein then add chopped dry fruits And add cardomon powder mix it well And gram gram serve karein….
