  1. Prepare 6 Chicken drumsticks
  2. Prepare 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin

Stir in tomatoes, water, paprika, remaining salt if desired, cayenne pepper and bay leaf; bring to a boil. Add some creole seasoning to bottom of dish.   6. After drumsticks have been baking for 30 minutes, turn on the broil and broil for 5-8 minutes until drumsticks are at desired crispiness.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes and serve.
