- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the golden brown balls. Drain on a absorbent paper.
- Take fresh spinach leaves in to hot water boil up to 2-3 minutes, add sugar, then transfer to ice water then drain put into blender make paste.
- Heat 3-tbsp oil in a pan add 1-tbsp jeera and grated garlic and saute 1-2mintutes, add spinach puree and cooked 3-4minites, add tomato puree and mix well.
- Add haldi powder, Coriander powder, and salt and cook for 5-minutes, add 1-cup water mix well and cook for 5-7minites, add garam masala powder and mix well. Reduce heat, add cream and cook for 1/2-e.remove from heat.
- Pour the gravy into serving bowl and arrange the koftas on top.
