The ingredients needed to make Tricolor waffle:

  2. Prepare boiled green peas paste
  3. Get idli batter
  4. Make ready Salt
  5. Make ready onions chopped
  6. Take Green chilli
  7. Prepare Hing little bit
  8. Make ready Ginger grated
Instructions to make Tricolor waffle:
  1. For saffron waffle.
  2. Take a bowl add boiled carrot paste to it then add salt onions hing 1/2 teaspoon ginger to it then to this add half cup of idli batter to it mix well and grease the waffle iron or waffle mould and pour the batter to it. If in oven bake at 180 degrees for 15 mins else if in microwave power high bake for 5 mins. If in waffle maker for ten mins in pre heated waffle maker.
  3. For green waffle
  4. In a bowl take green peas paste then add onions green chilli 1/2 teaspoon ginger and hing to it with salt and mix well then add half cup idli batter and mix well and pour into mould or as mentioned about. Bake as mentioned above.
  5. For white waffle just grease the mould and add the idli batter to it and bake as above.
