  1. Cut fish into blocks and fry on both sides for 3 minutes….removes fish and put in bowl on paper towel.
  2. Onions has been sliced in rings…Fry onions slightly into same oil that fish was fried in.
  3. Mix 2 cups of vinegar…2 cups of brown or white sugar and two cups of water together…..into cooking cloth or pantyhose add box of pickle fish mixed and 1 tbsp of paprika and knot.
  4. Stir..bring to boil whilst stirring for 30 minutes…..add onions with oil into mixture stir more on lower heat. Mix one tbsp of mazena and little water into mixture…stir continuously still slightly thicken….
  5. The fish has now cooled off…after the onions mixture is cooked off…throw over fish into bowl and let it rest…..PS….Remove seed bag and discard
  6. I normally cannot wait till the next day….you will not find a seed nothing in this pickle fish….I promise you this taste better than Woolworths pickled fish….
  7. The best ever….enjoy….
