- Pad try these squeeze bitter gourd slices with kitchen towel.On the Airfryer for preheating for 5mins at 180.
- Put these pat dried Bitter Gourd in bowl,add few Kaju pieces, 2 tbsp of oil..mix well..and put them in Airfryer to cook.
- Cook these Bitter Gourd slices..in Preheated Airfryer for 12-15mins..in between stirring.(after 5 mins intervals)
- Now remove these crispy bitter gourd slices in a bowl.Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder and Dhania Jeera powder, organic jaggery powder and lemon juice.Mix well.
- Garnish with chopped fresh kothmari.and serve.It can also be serve as tiffin veg.
