- Preheat oven 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- Boil the water and add tomatoes
- Peel the tomatoes
- Dice the tomatoes into small pieces.
- Cook the meat filling adding all the ingredients listed in the filling group above.

- Put into a baking dish sprayed with nonstick. As you roll them.
- Pour your sauce over the top of all the palacsinta/ meat filled crepes
- Bake in oven 15-20 minutes. Serve immediately with a dollop of sour cream.
