- In pan add 2 tsp oil allow it to hot then add cumin seeds and Asafotida, then chopped onion, saute it for minute, then add boiled peas and potato mixture
- Add the chopped tomato, then season it with salt, red chilli powder, cumin coriander powder, black pepper, then add prepared green paste.
- Add 2 glass of water and boil the Ragda for 10 mins, then add chickpea flour in bowl in 1 tsp of water make paste and add this paste in Ragda and cook it for 2 mins, lastly add coriander leaves.
- Fry the bread stick in enough oil until it get nice crispy and brown in color
- Serve the Ragda with fried bread sticks, chopped onion and tomato, add some tamarind chutney, garnish it with mint leaves. Try it guys it comes really good.
