  1. Soak bajra overnight. In the morning pressure cook it with salt upto six whistles,till tender and slightly mushy.
  2. Take curd in a bowl. Beat slightly,add sakt,sugar, coriander,chillies and all the vegetables. Mix well.
  3. Heat oil,add mustard seeds,when they crackle add curry leaves and dry red chillies. Add to the curd mixture. Serve cold.
