  1. Mix salt with rava and add milk, make a semi liquid mixture. Keep for 10 minutes.
  2. Now add all the vegetables and Maida into rava mixture properly. Add soda bicurb, butter and sugar. If require add more milk. It must be dosa batter consistency.
  3. Pour into waffle mould and baked in preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180 degree Celsius.
  4. De-mould the waffle upma and give a tadka on it.
  5. Heat oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves and chillies. Pour tadka oil on the waffle and serve.
