  2. Grind these in mixie with green chillies and ginger
  3. Transfer to a bowl and now mix ragi flour, salt and all the masalas and keep it aside for one hour
  4. You can make vadas by deep or shallow frying or by air frying or on non stick tawa. I preferred air frying
  5. Grease your hands and make vada in the required size and shape from the batter
  6. Preheat airfryer for 3 minutes and arrange vadas in greased basket
  7. This will take around 10 minutes cooking on 180 degrees. Please do check in between
