Steps to make Mooli bhujiya:
- First wash all veggie with water and drain all water well.
- Now peel the potato and radishes and grate the radish and cut the potatoes in square pieces and finely chop all leaves.
- Now take a wok add oil heat it and add cumin seeds, turmeric powder add grated radish and roasted it for 2 mins.
- Then add chopped veggies and mix salt and cover it.
- When potatoes become soft and then add all spices mix it
- And stir again for 3-4 mins open and cook properly until it changes the colour.
- Now mooli bhujiya is ready to be served
