  4. Prepare 1 onion, sliced
  5. Get 1 pkg. sliced fresh mushrooms
  6. Take vegetable oil and butter, for frying

A Toledo first I decided to throw this Loaded Chicken and Biscuit Bake together in hopes I would have leftovers to use the next day as well. Not only did my entire family LOVE this, but it may have even been better on day two! Using shredded chicken, biscuit pieces, and of course…chopped bacon….it was paced with flavor and definitely family approved!

Instructions to make Loaded Chicken:
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Slice chicken breasts in half to make 6 servings.
  2. Season with spices of choice: I used black pepper, garlic powder and Mrs. Dash Onion & Herb seasoning.
  3. Place 3 at a time in enough oil to cover bottom of pan. Fry each side for 3 to 4 minutes or until browned.
  4. Remove to a baking sheet and place in oven for 8 minutes to finish cooking.
  5. Meanwhile cook your bacon until crispy.
  6. Saute onions and mushrooms in about 2 Tbsp. butter until soft.
  7. Top each chicken breast with provolone cheese and return to oven for 3 to 5 minutes or until melted.
  8. Top each chicken breast with a couple pieces of bacon followed by the onions and mushrooms. Enjoy!

Once the chicken is done, place them in a baking dish and cover the chicken with the soy sauce. Next, add the ranch dressing on top of the chicken. Layer the chicken with bacon bits. Place the chicken under the broiler until the cheese has melted. Then you're all done with your loaded baked chicken!
