- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet and brown chicken pieces.
- In a seperate pot heat 1tablespoon oilive oil. Add cumin seeds, cook 1 minute. Add Ginger, Garlic Paste, Cook 3 mts. Add 1/2 teaspoon Masala, Yogurt, Green Chillies, Hot sauce, curry leaves. Add Tomato sauce. Mix every thing and add chick peas with liquid. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 mts. When ready to serve sprikle chopped cilantro leaves.
