- Taste, add the carrot, curry leaves and a little bit of water if necessary,. Black pepper, and(may I add that the black pepper, fresh chopped red chilli peppers, and green pepper all work together to give this Sauce a very unique taste) corn flour to thicken the sauce…
- Allow to simmer for a min and your Miced Goat meats Sauce is ready.
- You can eat with Rice, boiled potatoes or Plantain. From the picture above, I had mine with Rice and Dodo and it was just delish.
This would be great to serve with Israeli-style couscous; alternatively, you could add some potato chunks to the pan halfway through the cooking.
