- Pour in the milk, and mix some more.
- Add kinako and skim milk powder (no need to sift).
- Mix with a spatula with a cutting motion. When it starts to clump, it's good. When it doesn't, don't worry, just keep mixing patiently.
- When the mixture has clumped, put into a thick plastic bag (ziplock bags, etc).
- Rub the dough over the bag, and roll into a ball.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin on top of the bag.
- Cut the dough into you preferred pieces. Lay on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 170℃.
- When they are done, leave on the baking sheet to cool.
