- Turn oven on to highest temperature. Line your roasting tin/tray with foil for easy cleaning.
- Salt and pepper your wings and leave whilst oven is warming up.
- Cook wings 10/15 minutes on each side.

- In a hot frying pan, stir fry the chilli, garlic, red pepper and add salt and pepper(a fair bit) to taste.
- Toss the wings in the seasoning. Finish off with the finely chopped spring onions.
- Pour glass of beer or preferred cold drink and enjoy.
Transfer the wings to the baking sheet. These chicken wings are simply seasoned with sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper. Then, the wings are baked for an hour on a rack placed on a baking sheet to allow for more even cooking. It is as simple as that! My family could not resist these crispy wings.
