  7. Make ready 4 knorr cube
  8. Prepare to taste salt

Add the seasoning and salt to taste. If you're using bell peppers, Saute till till the pepper loses almost all it's retained water. Peppered Goat Meat, commonly known as Asun in Nigeria, is a finger-licking, lip-smacking combination of roasted goat meat sautéed in spicy habanero and red bell peppers, that is so delicious, you'll almost be tempted to eat it all in one sitting!   1. Wash and blend pepper,ginger,garlic,onions together.
  2. Wash goat meat with salt very well to remove sand then boil with 2 cube knorr for 20min untill tender.
  3. Heat up vegetable oil for 5min then pour the boiled meat and deep fry for 15min.
  4. Then reduce the oil to about 4 tablespoon, pour all blended ingredient and stir then add the remaining knorr cube and salt.
  5. Stir for 3min pour the fried meat and stir for another 4min cover pot and turn off heat.
  6. Serve meat in a plate with toothpick then enjoy.

When mixed with the right ingredient, you will not get tired of it. Pour water to cover the meat and then some. I love lots of water in my pepper soups. Goat meat is tough so use a pressure cooker to cook it if you have one. Add the stock cubes, ground ehu seeds and the chunks of onion and start cooking.
