- Take 100 gms tofu (masala/plain)
- Make ready 1 tsp salt
- Take 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

- Take 2 tbsp onion

- Make ready 4-5 suji rusk
- Prepare 2 tbsp Oil/ Ghee
Thread the tofu onto the skewers lengthwise. Heat your BBQ or grill pan over medium-high heat. Arrange the tofu on a greased baking sheet. Place each ingredient in a separate bowl.
Steps to make Tofu kebabs:
- Boil tofu in a open pan for about 15-20 minutes on high flame. It will double it's size. Now let it cool down & crumble it well.
- Now add all the dried spices & chopped raisans. Mix well
- Add finely chopped vegetables including onions, capsicum, beans, coriander leaves, mint leaves & ginger garlic paste. Now add curd & mix well.
- Take rusk in a mixer jar. Make powder & add it to the tofu. Rusk will give nice flavor & texture to the kebabs, it will also help in binding tofu kebabs.
- Now apply few drops of oil/ghee on your palm & give the tofu mixture shape of a kebab. I am making these kebabs in air fryer. To make it more healthy. Preheat your air fryer/oven on 200°c & cook the kebabs on 160°c for about 15-20 mins.
- You can also pan fry or shallow fry these on a regular pan on low medium flame on both the sides.
- Healthy & tasty tofu kebabs are ready. Serve it with any Chutney or dip of your choice.
When the tofu is done, arrange the kebabs. Layer the tofu and vegetables onto the skewers until all ingredients are used up. Tofu Kabobs with are easy to make on skewers with your favorite vegetables. I like using metal skewers, but you can also use wooden skewers if you prefer. If using wooden skewers, be sure to soak them in water overnight.
