Drain excess grease, and add the onion, bell pepper, and corn. Put the chimichangas seam-side down on the baking sheet; brush with the butter-oil mixture. Top with the sauce, more cheese, lettuce. Then just top with your favorite toppings, like lettuce, salsa, and sour cream for a fast dinner.

Steps to make Baked Chimichangas:
  1. Brown your ground beef and drain any excess grease. Add all ingredients but tortillas and simmer about 10 minutes.
  2. Place a couple heaping spoonfuls of this filling in the middle of each tortillas and roll burrito style.
  3. Place on a well sprayed cookie sheet about a half inch apart and then spray the tops of each. Bake in a 375°F oven about 25 to 30 minutes.
