- Now take a small portion of the dough and roll it into a small circle.Cut the circle into two halves.Fill each half with potato peas filling and seal properly using water giving it the shape of a samosa.Fill all samosas in the same manner.Keep these samosas in the freezer for 30-40 minutes.
- Now preheat the Air fryer for 5 minutes.Brush all the samosas with oil.Place the samosas in the air fryer basket.Cook them at 200 degree Celsius for 15-20 minutes.Keep flipping the samosas after every 7-10 minutes.Yummy healthy samosas are ready to relish.
Put the two three spoonful of stuffing in it. The mix is stuffed into samosa cones and sealed. You can make the base of samosa cones with refined flour or atta. Yes, it is that easy to make guilt-free samosas at home! Make sure to keep checking and rotating the samosa from side to side.
