- Wash Spinach leaves nicely, and keep on dry cloth to remove water.
- Take a bowl and add gram flour, semolina and all ingredients(except oil) and mix well.
- Now slowly add water to make the smooth batter for fritters(batter should be enough thick to coat on Spinach leaf). Keep for 10-15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a deep pan at medium high flame, when the oil is hot take one Spinach leaf dip in gram flour batter and deep fry in a pan.
- Take out from oil in a paper napkin or stainer to remove access oil. - Similarly, do with all the leaves to make crispy fritters.
