Baked Mini Samosa is a very healthy samosa. This uses very less oil as this is baked in the oven. This does not require much preparation and ingredients. It is very simple and easy to prepare.

Instructions to make Baked Mini Samosas:
  1. Mix atta, maida, salt, ajwain, and ghee and mix it nicely.
  2. Add little water at a time and knead a hard dough (the dough should not be wet and sticky), cover and leave aside for 30 mins.
  3. Boil and mash potato coarsely. Heat a fry pan and add butter, mashed potato, chilly and salt and cook for 5 mins.
  4. Add grated cheddar cheese, mix and turn of heat.
  5. Roll the dough in to thin round pooris and cut from center. Form a cone and fill the potato cheese filling and seal the cone to form samosas.
  6. Preheat the oven at 220 degrees. Place the samosas in a lined tray and bake for 15-20 mins (till golden in color). You can also use the Airfryer at 220 degrees for 10-12 mins.
