Instructions to make Baked Mini Samosas:
- Mix atta, maida, salt, ajwain, and ghee and mix it nicely.
- Add little water at a time and knead a hard dough (the dough should not be wet and sticky), cover and leave aside for 30 mins.
- Boil and mash potato coarsely. Heat a fry pan and add butter, mashed potato, chilly and salt and cook for 5 mins.
- Add grated cheddar cheese, mix and turn of heat.
- Roll the dough in to thin round pooris and cut from center. Form a cone and fill the potato cheese filling and seal the cone to form samosas.
- Preheat the oven at 220 degrees. Place the samosas in a lined tray and bake for 15-20 mins (till golden in color). You can also use the Airfryer at 220 degrees for 10-12 mins.
