- Make ready 2 Chicken tikka breast pc
- Prepare 1/2 kg Rice
- Prepare 1 Carrot
- Prepare 12 Kishmish
- Take 1 tsp Adrak powder

- Prepare Salt as per taste
- Prepare Chicken cube 2
- Take 1 tbsp Red chilli powder

- Take 1/2 tsp Papaya paste
- Prepare 2 tbsp Yoghurt
- Make ready 8 tbsp Oil
- Make ready 1/2 cup Chilli sauce
- Get 1/2 cup Yoghurt for raita
- Make ready Coriander leaves few leaves cut
- Make ready Green chilli 2 middium
The chicken is first boiled with cloves, cinnamon and cardamom until it's perfectly tender and the spiced stock is then used to cook the rice for a full bodied and rich flavor. Notes: You can use chicken stock cube or beef stock cube. Often times, the Mandi rice is made more yellowish by adding turmeric or color to the rice. Key Ingredients: Mutton, Basmati Rice, Tomato, Lime, Ginger, Garlic, Onion, Oil, Butter, Spices, FreshHerbs, Salt.
Steps to make Mandi Rice:
- Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, Red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, lemon, Garam masala powder yoghurt and papaya paste for 4/6 hour
- Grease pan then put chicken in it and cook till meat tenderi then in a non-stick pan put 1 tbsp oil then shallow fry the chicken
- Cut carrot in Julian shape
- In a pan heat oil then fry carrot and Kishmish for a while and take it out then put rice in it and then chicken cube, salt, ginger powder, Garam masala powder and then add 2 glass of water and cook till rice completely cook then add carrots and Kishmish phr dum do..
- Make red sauce….Heat pan put chilli sauce in it then add few green chilli
- Raita…..yoghurt mein coriander leaves daal do cut kar ke
