- Make ready 1 tsp black pepper

- Get 1 cup Mayonnaise
- Get 2 Onion
- Prepare 2 carrots
- Get 2 boiled egg
Notes: We often make Kabsa with and without the skin on the chicken. Leaving the skin ON is recommended for a truly moist chicken. When you do use skinless chicken, be very careful not to overcook. Dried lime (Loomi) is available in the Arabian/Middle-Eastern section of your supermarket.
Instructions to make Kabsa Rice:
- For chicken :- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl mention under merination section and set aside for 2 hr.
- After 2hr set all the pieces in a baking tray and bake it at 250 degrees for 30 min. Set aside.
- For rice :– Add salt, ghee and rice in water and cook the rice 80%. Then remove extra water and add spring onion to it. Set aside.
- Gravy:–= In a pan add oil. When oil is hot add chopped tomatoes,Salt, pepper and all sauces. Now cover the lid and cook for 10min. After 10 min mashed the tomatoes and add diced onion and capsicum. After 2 min switch off the flame. The gravy is ready.
- Presentation ::– In a serving plate first place the chicken pieces, pour mayonnaise on it. Now pour the gravy and then put the rice over. And now garnish with boiled egg, sliced onion and sliced carrots.
