- Then soak the rice in water for 1/2 hour.
- Take a pan and add water, kabsa masala, salt and oil in it. After water has boiled add the soaked rice in it.
- When water evaporates, put the flame on low and cover the lid and let cook in steam for 15-20 minutes.
- Make French fries. Add salt, peri peri masala and chilli garlic masala and mix and keep aside.
- Take a dish. Put the rice in it l, then put French fries, then boiled eggs and then the tandoori chops on top.
- Time to make sauce: take 2 tomatoes and 2 green chilies and put in grinder and grind them. Lastly add 1 tsp salt in it.
- Serve the kabsa rice with tandoori chops and sauce.
