Place the dim sum wrappers on a clean work surface and put a small spoonful of prawn mixture in the centre of each. Fold the wrappers over the prawn mixture to create a semi-circle. - Place the dumplings in a steamer and cook for 10-15 mins, till the dough is completely cooked from the outside.
- Serve hot with chilli oil, sweet chilli sauce and spicy red sauce.
