  1. In a bowl take cracked wheat and add 3 tbsp oil and stir well.
  2. In a vessel(which can be used on stove top)add in ghee.Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.After it starts crackling,add curry leaves,ginger,garlic and green chilli paste.
  3. Let it cook for few seconds.Add in salt,turmeric and asafetida.Add corn and chopped carrots and let it cook for 30 seconds.
  4. Add toor dal and cracked wheat and red chilli powder and add 2/3 cup water.
  5. Now put the vessel in cooker and cook it for 3 whistles.Serve hot with Curd/ salad and pickle.
