Place all of these ingredients in a food processor and blend to a rough paste. Form the mix into even sized balls roughly the size of golf balls. Put the sesame seeds in a bowl. Roll each prawn ball in the seeds to coat and transfer to a plate.

Steps to make Prawn Balls in White Sauce:
  1. Make a paste out of the prawns.
  2. Take the paste into a bowl & add the chopped onions, 1/2 tbsp of garlic butter, 1/2 tsp of oregano, 1/2 tsp of chilli flakes, 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder, 1 tbsp of mozzarella cheese, cornflour, egg white & the salt. Mix everything very well.
  3. Now make some small balls out of this mixture & shallow fry them into 1.5 tbsp of hot oil.
  4. When the balls turn out golden brown in colour, remove them from the oil & keep them aside.
  5. Now dunk the chopped broccoli into boiling hot salted water just for a minute or two. Then remove the broccoli from hot water & rinse them with cold water.
  6. Heat 1/2 tbsp of oil into a pan & add the broccoli & the dices of the onion into the oil.
  7. Shallow fry them for 3-4 minutes. Then remove them from the oil & keep aside.
  8. Heat the remaining butter into a saucepan & add the flour into it.
  9. Cook the flour until a nutty aroma hit your nose.
  10. Now pour the milk gradually into a pan & stir continuously to prevent any lump formation.
  11. As soon as the sauce starts to thicken add the remaining cheese into the sauce & mix well.
  12. Add the salt & the remaining black pepper powder into the sauce and mix well.
  13. Now add the prawn balls, broccoli & onions and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  14. Lastly add the fresh cream, the remaining oregano & chilli flakes and give everything a final gentle mix.
  15. Turn off the flame & the dish is ready to serve.
