For Mandi Spice Mix: In spice mixer,add black peppercorns,nutmeg,mace,dried ginger powder,green cardamom,cloves and grind to make a coarse powder & set aside. Even though it's not made like in the traditional mandi style, it'll taste pretty similar to restaurant bought. Last Friday i made this Mutton mandi recipe, it was a big hit!   6. Green chutney banane ke lie hara dhanya,podina,green chilli,salt r lemon juice dal kar blend kar le green chutney tayar
  7. Serving ke lie pehle dish me rice rakhe phir mandi dale phir jo stock mandi me rakha tha wo rice ke oper dal de r chutneys ke sath serve karein
