  4. Add the grinded paste and water and mix it well. Cook for 5 min. Now our filling Masala is ready.
  5. Make round balls from that dough and roll the balls as required.
  6. Add 2 spoons of filling Masala and spread it. Fold the kulcha edges.heat a dosa tawa and add 1 tablespoon of oil put the kulcha and roast it both sides. Now Punjabi Masala atta kulcha is ready.
